Trademark & Commission Policy

At Auto Atelier Studio, my paintings are created to celebrate the artistry of automobiles and to capture the personal connection people have with their cars. To respect copyright and trademark laws, I want to be transparent about how commissioned artwork is handled.

Use of Logos & Brand Marks

Many car manufacturers’ names, badges, and logos are trademarks.

  • To avoid trademark infringement, I do not sell artwork that reproduces these marks as standalone products.

  • For private commissions, clients may request that I include their vehicle’s details (including logos/emblems), but these works are intended for personal display only—not for reproduction or resale.

Portfolio & Website Display

Any artwork shown on my website featuring recognizable brands or logos is displayed for portfolio purposes only.

  • These works are not for sale and are intended solely to demonstrate my artistic style and skill.

Custom Commissions

I specialize in creating one-of-a-kind oil paintings of vehicles, tailored to each client.

  • Clients should understand that while I can include brand-specific details at their request, the artwork is considered fan art/personal art, not officially licensed merchandise.

  • All rights to the trademarks and brand designs remain with their respective owners.

Respect for Brands

Auto Atelier Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any car manufacturer or brand.

  • My work is about artistry, not mass-producing or profiting from brand identities.
